Our first finisher (male) was Rob Grantham of Pensby Runners in 17:19 then Tom Lowres with a pb of 18:18 (Shenton!) and Simon Price who ran 18:37.
Our first finisher (female) was Isobel Hodder of Wirral AC in 19:24 (13th) then Ruth McCaul of Warriors PAC in 21:55 (55th) and Dianna Mannhart of Warriors PAC in 21:57 (56th)
