Mini loaded baked potatoes variations/ tips
I like this recipe as it is but here are some tips and ways to change it up if you’d like to.
- Potatoes – Any small-sized potato will work here, but I prefer the taste of yellow potatoes over red.
- Air Fry – Make these in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Give the basket a shake halfway through to ensure they cook evenly.
- Sour Cream – Add the sour cream to a piping bag or get the squeezable version for a much smoother application.
- Cheese – I used cheddar cheese here, but feel free to use any kind of cheese you’d like. Just be sure to shred it yourself because it will melt much better that way.
- Bacon– Pre cooked bacon bits are the perfect size and super convenient. Make your own bacon if you’d prefer and just chop it into small pieces.
