Characters
- Alicia Masters A blind sculptor and friend of the Fantastic Four. She is married to Ben Grimm, the Thing, and is also the stepdaughter of the supervillain Puppet Master.
- Debbie McIlvane Debbie McIlvane is Ben Grimm's ex-girlfriend. She was played by Laurie Holden in the 2005 Tim Story film.
- Doctor Doom The very mention of his name makes lesser men tremble! The brilliant scientist whose iron mask conceals his scarred (but once handsome) face! Master of science and sorcery, Victor Von Doom is the monarch of Latveria, attempting the betterment of humanity through world conquest! Unequaled and unrivaled in every manner, Doctor Doom has had many conflicts with both earthly and cosmic super-beings, but he will always be known as the eternal nemesis of Reed Richards and his accursed Fantastic Four!
- H.E.R.B.I.E. Originally a replacement for the Human Torch in the 1978 Fantastic Four animated series. H.E.R.B.I.E. often provided comic relief with interactions with the Thing. He has since become an indispensable part of the Fantastic Four in the comics.

- Invisible Woman Susan Storm is a founding member of the Fantastic Four and later the Future Foundation. She is able to create invisible force fields of any shape she conceives and able to turn herself and anything she's in contact with invisible. Sue is the wife of Reed Richards and the mother of their children, Franklin and Valeria.
- Mr. Fantastic Reed Richards, also known as Mr. Fantastic, is the leader of the Fantastic Four. He can stretch his body to great distances due to his exposure to cosmic rays while in space. He is also considered to be one of the smartest men alive, using his brain to explore alternate dimensions and save the world alongside his family from science-based threats.
