@VitruvianKulak @Chase Contact your state attorney's office.I had a similar issue when I paid my mortgage off and the servicing company miscoded by traditional fixed loan as an interest only loan. Fixed this in weeks and I was able to sue pro se for failing to fulfil fiduciary responsibility.

.@Chase really difficult to get hold of you. So far have waited 22 hours to receive a response to a message and the call line ‘estimates’ a 30 minute wait. Quick to get an account but after service is poor.

@Chase I called the numbers on my reserve card repeatedly on sunday and kept receiving recording saying no one could help me and then the line hung up. This led to a $400 avoidable charge for a rental car. What is the point of this travel card if customer service isn’t 24/7?
